Schools' Challenge Senior General Knowledge Quiz

Two strong CRGS teams competed against Thomas Gainsborough School and Finborough School in the first round of the Schools’ Challenge Senior Quiz on Thursday 8th December. Both teams made it to the last two where they then had to face… each other! In a close contest, the ‘A’ team pipped the ‘Bs’. We now go through to the next round against Langley School in Norfolk. If we are able to win through this tough fixture, we could face the ‘mighty’ Perse School of Cambridge, who have been winners of the Eastern Region for a number of years in a row. Special thanks go to Mr Chambers for helping to transport the students to the quiz and to Thomas Gainsborough School for hosting.
