Arrangements for re-issue of keys There will be an opportunity for keyholders to renew their subscription or surrender their key on: - Monday April 16th from 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm in the school hall - Wednesday April 18th from 4.30 pm to 6.00 pm in the school hall If it is impossible for you to attend at this time, please contact the school by telephone or e-mail not later than Friday, March 16th After this date, any keyholder who has not made arrangements to renew their subscription will forfeit their entitlement to the key, which will be immediately offered to one of those on the lengthy waiting list. You will need to bring with you: - Your key for changing or for surrender [£5 refund will be given] - Your subscription fee: £100 (if you have not already returned it) - If you have mislaid your key: £30 [This is the fee for replacement keys] - If you have mislaid your identification card £10 [This is the fee for replacement card] - If this is your first application: £10 key deposit - Signed copy of the terms & conditions Cheques should be made payable to Colchester Royal Grammar School Swimming Pool Terms and Conditions |
