Caretaker
School Caretaker/Assistant to Site Manager

Permanent - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: Scale 4 £21,698 – £22,369 per annum
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of the country’s leading selective schools, (awarded The Sunday Times Parent Power East Anglia State Secondary School of the Decade), to work within its Site team.
We are looking to appoint a Caretaker to Assist our Site Manager on a permanent contract, working 52 weeks per year.
The successful applicant will be hard-working, self-motivated, reliable and professional. The role is to support the smooth running of the site team and the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of first line repairs and maintenance. You will work with the Site Manager and other site staff on a range of caretaking duties including porterage, security and proactive management of the site. Experience in a particular skill e.g. plumbing or electrics is desirable but not essential.
