Derek Wyatt Scholarships 2015

OC Derek Wyatt came into school today to interview the Year 13 students who had applied for a Derek Wyatt scholarship this year. Derek has decided to support Miles Kekwick, Dhanushi Gooneratne, Tom Chambers and Calum Mills in their travels abroad next year. Miles will travel to Eastern Europe, Dhanushi will work in Ghana, and Tom and Calum will teach English in China. Derek was impressed by the fund-raising efforts and plans of these students, and he was pleased to support them in their exciting and worthwhile ventures overseas. Last year's scholarship winners were Ben Rowe and Chloe Bates who have been abroad this year. Reports of their experiences will appear in this year's version of the Colcestrian.
