CRGSA Second Hand Uniform Shop

The CRGSA runs a good quality second-hand uniform shop on the school site, next to the library. Prices vary depending on quality but are always cheaper than buying new.    Although we cannot process credit/debit card sales, we do accept cash and cheques (made payable to CRGSA shop).

The shop is open every term time Friday between 12.30 and 1.30pm  as well as during Parent/Teacher Evenings, Autumn Fayre,  New Year 7 Evenings and New Year 7 Summer Induction Day.

If these times are not convenient for you, it may be possible to arrange alternative opening hours,  please contact the organiser of the CRGSA Shop (details below).

We stock most items of second hand uniform:

  • Blazers, ties, jumpers, trousers, shirts, shoes and belts
  • Rugby / Football kit: shirts, shorts, training tops and bottoms, under armour, shin pads, socks and boots
  • PE kit: shirts, shorts and trainers
  • Cricket kit: jumpers, shirts, trousers, shoes, gloves, pads and bats
  • We also have a supply of coats andwaterproofs, sports bags and rucksacks

When your son outgrows his uniform we will be happy to sell it on your behalf with a % of the price going to CRGSA funds.  Items to be sold should be clean and in good condition please, clearly marked with the student's name and tutor group, parent's phone number and email address.  If you are not sure what price to place on your items, the shop volunteers will price it for you.

If you would prefer to donate the uniform, please mark the items 'DONATED'.  All the money raised will go to the CRGSA funds, which in turn purchases equipment for the school.

If you are unable to bring items to be sold into the shop during opening hours, they may be left in reception at any other time (clearly marked 'CRGSA shop', please).

We do hope that you will support the shop throughout your son's time at CRGS.  All students and parents are welcome to pop in to buy, donate, browse or even volunteer.  If you have any queries or are willing to help, please contact one of us. We are all parent volunteers and new helpers are always welcome.

Lost property is also stored at the shop, so if your child has mislaid anything, please encourage them to come and have a look.
