Permanent - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Minimum Salary: Scale 4 LGS £24,294 per annum

 

We are looking to appoint a committed and reliable Maintenance person on a permanent contract, working 52 weeks per year within our busy and friendly school Site Department.

 

The successful applicant will be hard-working, self-motivated, flexible and professional. The role will be supporting the smooth running of the site team and the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience of first line repairs and maintenance.  Working with the Site Manager and other site staff on a range of caretaking duties including porterage, security and proactive maintenance of the site.
