Deputy Head – Safeguarding and Personal Development
Required for September 2022
The Headmaster and Governing Body of Colchester Royal Grammar School invite applications for a Deputy Head responsible for Safeguarding and Personal Development to join our Senior Leadership Team.
This teaching position will have responsibility for ensuring that a strong safeguarding culture permeates throughout the school and that the personal development of students is of the highest quality. You will lead the pastoral side of school life and prepare students for life in Modern Britain and we are therefore seeking someone who has proven leadership and management experience that they have already gained in a leadership role.
The successful candidate will play a major part in supporting the Headmaster in the strategic leadership of our school.
